Yes, it's true! We are not a real estate agency, but a family that owns several properties and we want to optimize the time necessary for visits and inspections of our apartments, focusing EXCLUSIVELY ON SERIOUS, DECIDED, CONCRETE, ABSOLUTELY INTERESTED AND WELL-ORIENTED CUSTOMERS.
We will take care, before that date, to provide you with every detail and information relating to the apartment of your interest: on our part, the creation of high-level media products (photos, videos, floor plans, renderings, etc...) in fact allow the customer himself to obtain immediately, and in total comfort, a precise idea of the apartment and understand if it fully corresponds to his wishes and needs, before agreeing on a possible inspection.
At the same time, before agreeing on an appointment/inspection, we want to make sure that the potential tenant who intends to apply for one of our apartments fully qualifies for the rental of the latter.
Our well-established procedure, which on the one hand allows for an in-depth analysis by the client of the apartment in question and on the other for our verification of the quality of his application, in fact allows us to avoid fruitless site inspections for both the client and for our facility.
The inspection will be agreed only if
- all the data provided through the text of the announcement, the photos, the video, the floor plan, the square footage, the floor, the rent etc ... relating to the apartment, as well as the street and the area in which this is located lastly, they have already been examined by the customer and are absolutely aligned with the interests of the candidate, there are no administrative or bureaucratic impediments on the part of the customer so that we can proceed with the rental itself.
